We combine our profound knowledge about specific elastomer and thermoplastic materials with functional, process-optimized design. Depending on our customers‘ tolerance specifications, volume and pricing requirements, we are able to offer an extensive range of different manufacturing methods and material combinations, utilizing the expertise of the Jäger Group production centers and the opportunities offered by international procurement markets. project teams of our customers at an early stage, we can optimize work processes and reducing development costs at the same time.
FEA Calculation
Product development
Based on our own in-house laboratory and elastomer compounding we develop our materials ourselves. Our engineers and product managers convert your concepts and ideas into production and material adequate 3D- and 2D-designs. Design appraisal is assisted by FEA calculation and Rapid Prototyping. Tooling concepts are created in sync with the product development. For function and endurance testing we produce prototypes wherever possible out of the original material applying realistic production parameters. We endeavor to develop tools for prototypes in such a way that they can be applied directly in later production at reasonable cost and effort. As a result, individual changes can be considered up to the last design step and even late concept changes can be taken into account. Computer supported project management allows the linking of individual project development steps efficiently with our customers and suppliers.
