The Jäger Group develops and produces since the mid-1970s conveyor belts for a wide range of promotion-related tasks and applications of our customers. Obvious, these belts will be inspected on the test benches in our own laboratory in advance. The used fabric and elastomer modules need to comply the specific requirements, which are as diverse as the applications:

To ensure a lossless product transport in machinery and plant engineering, the belts will be equipped with special tappet and cam profiles factory-made.

Permanent good grinding results in timber industry

In timber industry, low production tolerances, sliding support of exceptional abrasiveness material, low elongation core fabrics and connection establishments, designed for long life, ensure permanent good grinding results of belts for wide belts sanders.

Resistance against hampered external circumstances for conveyor belts in agriculture industry

A special attention in agriculture industry is given to high resistance of the belts towards moisture, precise directional stability and high running speed. Tangible benefits for the customer are formed, e.g. long service lives, even under high loads, and careful sorting and transport.

Overlapping range of applications

Even if the requirements of conveyor belts are diverse in the several applications areas, a production aspect is clearly focused and it is related to all application areas: The merging of an endless tape.

High cohesion strengths will be obtained by graduated or sharpened endless splicings, which goes through a vulcanization process afterwards. In addition, endless splicing allows significant higher loads by weight changes, because a vulcanized bond exploits the nominal strength of the belt completely. The service life of the transport units will not be affected, because of a smaller strength class in fabric construction and thus a smaller deflection diameter.
